Jennifer Rikoski is a Partner at Ropes & Gray, a leading law firm where she is a partner in the employment, executive compensation, M&A, and employee benefits practice group. She also chairs the firm’s pro-bono practice and has focused much of her pro-bono work on working with refugees and immigrants. Jenny has successfully represented several dozen refugees and asylum-seekers and regularly lectures and leads training on immigration law and policy.
